I am an independent Chartered Surveyor providing consultancy and negotiation services to land and property owners/occupiers throughout the North of England and North Wales. If I can help you I will, however if I can’t I will say so and if appropriate offer you alternative solutions utilising my knowledge and contacts in the business.

Background

My background is in the provision and delivery of property valuation, estate management, and technical services into local authorities and the wider public and voluntary sectors either directly or indirectly via multidisciplinary consultancies working in the built environment.

More recently I have worked in a private capacity representing land and property owners/occupiers in compensation claims for highway schemes, hospital extensions, wayleaves & easements, telecommunications, encroachments, variation of restrictive covenants, rent reviews & lease renewals, and also land/ property searches with particular emphasis on business start ups.

I also have hands on experience in agriculture, building construction, business development, and in the delivery of a wide range of estate agency and residential property management services.
